Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at kavontera101@gmail.com. Please do not send your item back before your return request has been approved. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions and return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Kavontera does not charge a restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow your payment provider additional time to process the refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and provide appropriate instructions.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled and may instead be eligible for a return under this policy.
